INSURANCE

I do not participate in any insurance plans, but will provide all the necessary documentation for you to submit claims for reimbursement. Visits are often covered by plans that provide out-of-network benefits.

PRIVACY

I take your privacy seriously. In addition to discussing your preferred means of communication, I employ confidential systems for electronic medical record-keeping, electronic prescribing, web-based forms and email. Unlike most widely used free health systems, my practice's systems do not use your personal information in any way for marketing and/or third-party research purposes.
